Small, fleshy olive, satisfyingly crispy. Known locally as “the queen of eating olives”.
Ingredients: Mouratolia olives (58%), Vassilakis extra virgin olive oil (33%), red wine vinegar (7%), rosemary and bay laurel.
Hand-picked and sorted, marinated in sea water, local vinegar and herbs.
