Anchovies from the Aegean in Olive Oil 100
These anchovies are fished exclusively in the waters of the North Aegean and processed with great care.
After the necessary quality controls have been carried out, these are carefully cleaned and placed in cans. The gentle preparation enables the anchovies, a crunchy and fluffy meat, to remain enriched with all natural nutrients.
The addition of spices with natural aromatic ingredients enables a very tasty product. Undoubtedly one of the most popular fish among the Greeks, the anchovy is known to be low in fat, cholesterol and calories and high in vitams B1 and B2.
