Multi-award winning LADOLEA olive oils are 100% single variety and each oil is made from a different variety of olive grown exclusively in the northern region of the Peloponnese Peninsula.
This olive variety comes from Dendro, a village at 650m above sea level in the Corinthia region.
It is harvested in October and cold-pressed, unfiltered.
PROPERTIES: Intense fruitiness, notes of berries and exotic fruits, golden yellow colour.
USE: well suited in combination with intense dishes, salads, grilled vegetables, red meat, ideal for BBQ and marinades.
