Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 23° C. Maturation in French barriques – 50% new, 50% second use – for 13 months, 4 with light lees. The wine matures in bottle for a further 12 months.
Alcohol: 14%.
DRY
The color is deep ruby red. The nose is intense with freshness due to the character of Cabernet Franc. This character is based on ripe fruits (red berries, strawberries) as well as sweet aromas of chocolate, cinnamon, cedar. On the palate it is full, with a rich extract, alcohol balancing the accentuated acidity and tannins. Aromas on the palate follow the nose with intense fruit. The aftertaste has duration, volume and complexity.
