The softest part of the Alonissos-Tuna was selected for this purpose: the juicy and soft belly.
After the meat has been cut carefully by hand, fresh rosemary and extra native oliveoil is added.
The tuna is marinated in the glas and also ripens there. The result is an outstanding and delicious delicacy!
