The olive trees are grown using mild and certified methods. Its fruits were traditionally hand-picked from October 20th to November 10th.
They were immediately made into oil within 12 hours after the harvest. The juice (olive oil) was filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks. Under absolutely controlled conditions to preserve its rich taste and excellent organoleptic properties.
The oil is bottled in an externally coated glass bottle that protects it from light and oxygen. As a result it can remain unchanged for a long time until you enjoy it.
This is why it remains highly fruity and spicy, while it has a balanced, medium-bitter taste.
