The vines of this Moscofilero are located at an altitude of 750m in Mantinia and are on average 29 years old. They are mainly sandy soils with a yield of 45 hl/ha.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Short skin contact, no malolactic fermentation and short maturation over fine lees. Flowery, freshly acidic, intense aromas and flavors for the nose and palate.
Violet, rose petals, fresh acidity (6.1 g/l), skin contact for 4 hours at 12˚C. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16˚C.
The color is a light white-yellow. An opulent, fresh aroma of fresh flowers and honeysuckle makes itself felt, rounded off with a note of citrus fruits but also sweet lemon. Full-bodied, refreshing and with lively acidity (6.1), the flavors of the palate follow those of the nose. Elegant, well balanced and with a long finish.
With 12% alcohol, it is a wonderfully light accompaniment to an infinite number of dishes and occasions. Always an uncomplicated drinking experience!
