Peplo Rosé is a captivating blend of 1/3 Agiorgitiko (Saint George), 1/3 Syrah, and 1/3 Mavrofilero, showcasing a unique maturation process.

The Syrah ages in stainless steel tanks, the Agiorghitiko in Acacia barrels and the Mavrofilero in egg-shaped amphorae. The skin of the Mavrofilero is contained in a fabric in the amphora.
