Ingredients
For the Vinaigrette:
- 1/2 cup orange or tangerine juice
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of brandy
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
For the Salad:
- 350 g Salad (green, rocket, radicchio or a salad of your choice)
- The seeds of half a pomegranate
- 1 cup of unshelled pistachios
- 6 figs
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl and distribute the finished vinaigrette over the salad.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, pistachios and sliced figs.
If you plan to serve later, store the vinaigrette in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
