Green salad with Aegina Pistachios and Vinaigrette, simple but delicious!


For the Vinaigrette:

  • 1/2 cup orange or tangerine juice
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of brandy
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

For the Salad:

  • 350 g Salad (green, rocket, radicchio or a salad of your choice)
  • The seeds of half a pomegranate
  • 1 cup of unshelled pistachios
  • 6 figs


Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl and distribute the finished vinaigrette over the salad.

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, pistachios and sliced ​​figs.

If you plan to serve later, store the vinaigrette in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
