The malolactic fermentation takes place into the barrel, after the alcoholic fermentation. A battonage is occurred once a month.

On the nose the wine is dominated by aromas of ripe apricot and white peach, framed by an elegant light sense of oak on the background. Dry and round on the palate. Citrus fruits (lemon, lime), a nectar sense, and the delicate aromas of wood, nuts appear. The lively acidity ensures an impressive result of delicious enjoyment.
The aftertaste is long, fruity and complex.
