Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 8 months in French barriques (partly new oak) and then in the bottle for a further 8 months. Soft, but dense, sweet varietal fruit character. Red cherries, plums, sweet vanilla, cedar notes. Thick and round mouth.
Alcohol: 14%.
DRY
The color is deep ruby red with deep red highlights. The nose is dense, complex and multidimensional. Aromas of red cherries, ripe plum, sweet vanilla with hints of violet and tobacco unfold. On the palate it is round, velvety and full of ripe, soft tannins. The deep black and red fruits dominate, followed by aromas of spices and tobacco. The aftertaste is complex, long and rich.
